ColorBlock expands the scope of free public art offered by Sculpture Tour by commissioning original murals by local and regional artists.  ColorBlock is a fundraiser for Sculpture Tour, 501(c)(3), is free for artists of any age to apply, and provides an artist stipend. Downtown Enhancement Grant "The Downtown Enhancement Grant program seeks to support existing downtown businesses/organizations through a $2,000 semiannual grant to further enhance the downtown aesthetic and overall quality of goods, services, and the downtown experience.
